Trash Reminders
* Trash must be placed and remain in a closed container when setting out for pick up.
* If you do not have a trash container and would like to purchase or rent one from Rumpke, please call 513-742-2900 and ask to speak with Kim Koon.
* If you do not wish to receive one from Rumpke, you may purchase a trash container from your local home improvement store.

Rental Information
Rentals are not permitted in The Promenade Homeowners Association, Inc. CLICK HERE to review the Rental Amendment that was recorded in 2006.

Grill Restrictions
 
The Association has been notified by the community insurance provider that upon a recent audit that many homes are in violation of the mandated Fire Code regarding grills.  It is important that all Owners comply with this code regulation for the safety of all homeowners in the community. 
 
Only "electric grills" are allowed to be used on deck/balconies/ or patios.  It may be ignited and used only if it is placed at a minimum of 15 feet away from the building.  This is per the fire code listed below:

"No hibachi, gas-fired grill, charcoal grill or similar devices used for cooking, heating, or any other purpose, shall be used or kindled on any balcony or under an overhanging portion or within 15 feet of any structure. Listed electric ranges, grills or similar electrical apparatus shall be permitted."
